Course Overview

IELTS is an online crash course which prepares students for the Cambridge IELTS (International English Language Testing System) test. The IELTS is designed to help students achieve their ambition of working, studying or moving to a country where English is spoken. We prepare for both Academic and General IELTS test according to the students’ needs.

Leaning Objectives

Students learn the outline of the test. The IELTS test assesses Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. We teach skills, tips and tricks to tackle each part of the test and achieve the band our students need.

Target Audience

Adolescents over 16 and adults with a minimum B1 level in English.***

Course Duration

Our course is solely a preparation for the IELTS test. On average, the preparation needs 10-12 hourly online lessons, but we can offer more depending on the needs of our students or the pace they want to work. We also take into consideration the deadlines given to students by the institutions they are applying to.

Course Format

The lessons are conducted via Zoom. Three additional lessons are included in the package where students take a mock test (all four skills) in a classroom environment.

Prerequisites

Participating in an informal interview conducted at the centre and taking an online placement test. Candidates must have a level of B1 or above of the CEFR (Common European Reference of Languages).

English educators

Educators

Our teachers possess a minimum qualification of a B.A. in English and undergo ongoing training, including programs by the British Council and Cambridge University. The team is carefully selected for high expertise, ensuring excellence. Parents can expect to foster a productive and friendly relationship with their child’s teacher, who keeps them consistently informed and updated.

Method of Assessment

Students are continually assessed through the work they are assigned at home and their progress is measured through mock tests conducted during and at the end of the course to see whether they are ready to sit the exam and achieve the desired band in the IELTS test.
